In the distant, distant future. It hadn't even started in the point I read to which we're still no where near to, but I've seen lots of people talk about it and it's like a side thing(?) Background plot? It's not important to the story at all
I seriously love this manhwa and I'm not going to drop it but I really really hope that there's no romance, but if there is then I hope it doesn't effect the story that much ╥﹏╥
