
idk if you read the raws or not, but if you dislike set in general you probably won't enjoy the rest of the story very much, it's all basically focused on him, his past and how it all changes him and how he continues on from here etc; not to say i don't understand your point of view, i also don't feel like his past excuses his actions/makes them ok, but it does imo explain his internal reasoning(with the added influence of sekhmet, even if she isn't actually mind controlling him) which tends to make readers more sympathetic towards a character (i usually fall into that category, i just wanna go and drive all the sad bois to therapy lol)

It's not that I really dislike him, it's just that I feel like people are misplacing their sympathy right now. Everybody feels bad for him because of his past traumas but I think that's distracting them, to a degree, from what's being done to Horus. I don't have any strong feelings for or against any of the characters--they aren't even real lmao--I just wanted to remind people who the real victim is right now.
