At first,she scolded him for breaking in the line and after that he left.Totally drunk,Ripley wandered around and bumped into him and asked if he had seen the duke and how she wanna see the duke cause he’s very handsome.She didn’t know that the ML was the one she was talking to.Surprised,The ML asked her if she isn’t afraid of the duke (him) and started badmouthing himself saying that the duke might have poisoned his own father.Firstly ripely said he might have his own reasons but she eventually got angry and said that he’s a very rude person for badmouthing the duke.It was obviously his first time hearing smth like that so he was moved.The because she felt queasy he took her home where she was all feely touchy with him and then he said you’ll be mine from this day onward and they slept together!
