While I like the theory the way she reacted to finding out that he was someone from another world wasn't 'Oh I'll get MORE info' or 'I'll finally get the info he denied me' it was more like 'this is a completely unique opportunity that I never had the chance to get before'
So from this we can see she is the previous hero's daughter, since he probably kept that calamity dragon and tamed it. Which is probably why she's seeking knowledge from the other world.
BUT, she's annoying, inconsiderate, lacks common sense, and is batshit crazy, so I hope she gets what's coming for her. If she doesn't die she better not join their team; I don't wanna see her face that often.
