Girl- are you reading Manwhas/Mangas for the first time? I mean the story has C.H.A.N.G.E.D! Everything is going to change. Sure, somethings are going to be the same but other than that I'm pretty sure author thought every one would figure out that the story has changed so everything from the original might have been changed in most parts with only crucial, CRUICAL parts being kept the same.

They knotted that loophole by having Yunifer in the first place ask him if he was hot because he was more susceptible to sunlight than the average person, being a fire mage. It's in chapter 10. He is the captain of the knights (or something, some position of power). I think it doesn't make sense, him being in a position of power, to have a uniform that's the same as the others. Having a white uniform would actually make him stand out as that person in a position of power, but it also makes sense since it reflects sunlight/heat instead of absorbing it, as black clothing would. It's not like it would be any extra trouble to change the colour of his uniform, and if it makes him less vulnerable to sunlight, I don't see why the people in his world wouldn't just do it either.
I know though, I'm making a big deal out of nothing.
She makes a big deal out of Ishid being in the
sun and how hot it is, but he spends a lot of time outside as a knight. So isn't it weird that he's always wearing black? He's in a position of power, is a rare and powerful fire mage so would be more susceptible to heat than the average person, but he's wearing the color that absorbs heat and sunlight the most? Why isn't he wearing white?
Also, they said that Rael was a powerful mage and that Yunifer wasn't very powerful at all, but we saw her pull of some incredible feats like pushing back the flood and slicing that metal pipe and do a ton of healing and water magic in a single day. That doesn't seem reasonable for the information we're given? She hadn't been given Ishid's mama crystal yet either, so it couldn't have been that
