Well in a relationship, you should always get consent to mark your lover and vise versa so i understand why he was angry. However yea, Naurse can be very dumb sometimes and its kinda annoying, it always seems like Asumi is the one giving it all in the relationship.
I don't usually like unguarded ukes like Naruse but because he was older with a kid, i thought, he might not be too bad. Going to a work function, getting too drunk to protect yourself and then shaming your lover for marking you? Nah, hes just like the rest. I want this separation from Asumi to make him suffer a little because i feel like he's called all the shots recently. Its been too easy for him.
