Well, for me it's pretty clear Seungho has feelings towards Nakyum but hasn't realized that yet. He's mad at Nakyum bcs, if before he seemed like he was too aware of Seungho and all scared, now he just looks indifferent and doing it with no feelings at all (at least that's what he shows to him), not even sadness or despair as before. If Seungho didn't like him, he'd have no reasons to be upset at someone who's doing exactly what he wants. Also, if you pay attention to the way he says that he's just keeping him for sex and his facial expressions (and a lot of "..."), You can tell that he's pretty disappointed for Nakyum thinking this way and since he's kinda of a tsundere who doesn't admit he's feelings to himself, he prefers to "confirm" that to Nakyum as a way to punish him, to convince himself and to expel his frustrations about Nakyum's change of attitude after his learned sir left.
