I thought that too, like if he was a conservative guy he would just refuse to be in the same place and all, but he acted like he was mad that his friend was "gay" for other dude instead of him, but we'll never know right? We don't even know what happened to the main couple, like when the development started it was like the author got a call "hey you need to finish in 2 days", maybe she wanted to write a story about just "finding" out that you're gay, but it came all wrong to me and as a bisexual I can confirm that we have this of "oh maybe is just that girl/guy" but as life goes you do find yourself attracted to other people and not only that first same sex crush, it very unrealistic this yaoi trope of "gay just for you", I think that straight authors (or maybe just asians) have a REALLY wrong take on LGBT, i know some people gonna say that im being harsh, but they should be call out for that and should learn better
Well, I dont think he's homophobic. He just can't understand what happened.
For example, if your dad became attracted to a man one day whereas he only looked at women all his life, of course you would be shocked and would like to know what happened, since when, etc ...
It's not like he cut ties or anything, he just can't understand how someone could change one night.
Its 2020, is not like hes some type of child that "doest understand" about gay people, to not understand is one thing, to keep on pressing the same button thousand of times and saying private stuff out loud without caring about anything just because you're "drunk" to the point your friend get smashed with a bottle? That's something completely different. Who your bestie or even father sleeps with should not be of your concern and if you feel like talking about that with them than it should be done with respect, like a normal conversation. If this guy was my friend I would punch him in the face for exposing me and my partner like that, not to mention his lowkey blatant homophobia in the beginning, im so done with having to pat heads of straight people who are "confused" about something that is not of their business

It was like the entire story only revolved about being gay or not and the last two chap quite realising "maybe i am gay" like bisexual people literally didn't exist since it wasn't mentioned, that friend always being homophobic af made me want to kill him, the scene where the seme gets smashed with the bottle and they let that shit slide like it was not a big deal? What in the actual fuck? I can't say that it was horrible but I can't say that it was good either. Theres a webtoon called "Heartstopper" that has the same idea of straight guy who starts to crush a gay guy and is confused about his sexuality and is so much better, realistic you know, this one the seme even dreamed with his mom mad at him but suddenly "oh im gay so gay" like life is like that, just stop, also I couldn't feel any chemistry between the couple and the puppy/chad attitude of the seme was cute but at the same time obnoxious, the uke? Meh... boring and weird, honestly the tan guy with red hair was the only enjoyable character, also what about the stalker? What about the piece they were composing? Such unfinished feeling to this webtoon, cant get over it, im surprised that so many people said that it was "realistic" in the comments just because is not a shit show like most japanese mangas, but realistic? Hell no
