What are you, 12? People know it's socially unacceptable, just like rape or murder or stealing, etc... But, sometimes those things are appealing to people who enjoy taboo, unconventional, out-there works, especially if it's well-written. I used to be bothered by incest, but I grew up, and my tastes have developed... Most topics don't make me uncomfortable like they used to, so I can appreciate them if their good... though, I'll admit, this particular manga IS pretty shitty... But I have seen some incest mangas that were actually beautifully made and had some interesting stories to tell.

Of course, I don't think children should be reading explicit things they're not prepared to see, as to not confuse them or damage their IRL relationships before they've developed their minds... but letting an adult (which these mangas are made for) enjoy gross stories isn't inherently harmful to anyone...
