Erin and lex both dies. But since the magic is still in effect, and it is actually a wish invoke by lex that Erin's mother created, they come back to life again. Erin got no memories but the duke has his memories of all the tragedy.

So I saw some pics on Instagram that fucker locked her and told her that she is accused of being a witch and she have to receive a punishment along with the duke if he is found to be involved in any way so I guess she was like no just kill me (which what that lunatic wanted to kill her and get the duke mad so that he can comet treason and so he gets a reason to kill him ) the pics ended there and I'm not very sure of the details but if that helps then...
