I agree. He said no and stop multiple times. Its just uncomfortable to watch. He didn't want to be touched, its not something sexy. Imagine someone gropping you when you clearly don't want it.
I think the discomfort is what the author is going for.
You didn't have to force a sex scene in just for the fan service. No one actually wants this. Nothing sexy about no consent.
