Instead of having a proper talk, Eunchae suggests that they take a break. And then he moved without telling Jiho. Jiho misses Eunchae, and the only person who knows about them is Hyun. I can’t really fault him for meeting Hyun because he’s lonely and Eunchae’s nowhere to be found. :/ This stresses me out lol
It seems to me that although Eunchae still has feelings for Jiho, he probably believes that because the beginning of these feelings were superficial (more about lust than romantic interest) that it’s best to not continue. Which I think is dumb and just an easy way to dismiss their problems rather than talking it out like adults. Futhermore, I still have no idea why Eunchae thought meeting Hyun was a good idea. I mean, nothing was accomplished and even though he was causing a rift in your relationship, it was a conversation he should’ve had with Jiho, the guy he was in a committed relationship with. At this point I wonder if Eunchae even has hopes of getting back together after moving and cutting off all communication, because to me the issues he’s dealing with cannot be solved unless he includes the other person in the relationship!
