The whole comment section is angry at Seungho and I agree! I also don't like the way he handles things. But like Why? Why Seungho is so irritated at Nakyum's behaviour? Lemma Guess,,,, I think...
Nakyum's is in the state where he doesn't care about anything anymore. Not even about himself. He is just lusting after sex to forget his feelings for that Inhun guy.
He is just broken heated and horny at this point.

The way he is acting and is not valuing himself is actually irritating Seungho. And that's a good sign that Seungho may have some feelings for Nakhyum!! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
