Sorry - thought you had finished it. ( ̄∇ ̄")
I wasn't too mad about the K thing not being resolved. The story weaved this web of people, their actions and their consequences and I think the web was intricate enough that I wasn't mad that each part wasn't brought to a full circle. Eg: the old guy who attempted to rape the MC will likely never be known as a rapist. The police chief that was pressuring the detective to solve the case even if it meant manufacturing evidence will also probably not be brought to justice.
Part of me took away .. that all good things won't last (the couple's time together, their time with granny) esp if you can't protect them. But another part of me thinks the happy moments wouldn't have made such an impression on me if they weren't so cruelly taken away and if I wasn't left with the what ifs.

oh no that's fine! I was done when I read your reply.
That's an interesting way to look at it. When I think about it, you're actually right. I would've seen and treated those moments like any other but since it didn't turn out happily, those moments become so much more, they suddenly seem much more precious.
Though it is still sad, your insight has somehow comforted me. Thank you for sharing it ( ◜‿◝ )♡
the granny is so cuteee
