Second hand smoke is the smoke they release, it has shown signs to cause cancer in bystanders rather than actual participants of smoking. Which is why (I’m my opinion) smoking is selfish when it’s around other, you’re putting them at risk more than yourself. So I can see Taesungs point.

Second hand smoking means that the other people around the smoker can still breathe in the smoke and it can be just as bad as the smoker themself

I agree, I am the same way. Smoke in general I do not like, I always have trouble breathing whenever I'm around it, so smokers kind of tick me off when they smoke near/around me
