It's the blue hair clip/ribbon Jeanette gave her. Back a few chapters, she was try pick a gift for Athy and she was accompanied by that shady older man that looks like Claude's brother. I think he did something to it.

Also, does anyone else think that the reason why Anastasia had problems with her mana was because it was a reaction to Jeanette? If I remember right, Jeanette was petting Blackie with Anastasia. Jeanette was born with the help of black magic, right? So maybe that's what caused Anastasia's mana to surge? Any thoughts?
