Lucas saw the big bad S Rank monster that is basically legendary, prob pissed himself and decided they were gonna die so he ran away like a coward and attacked Arthur so he could get away.

I understand Lucas being pissed because he got saved by someone lower than him but did he really need to attempt to kill Arthur? Like was he just mad at him or something?
