Is there romance in this?

Kinda, yes but the story doesn't revolve around it that much I suppose.

Yea there is. Between Yae-Rin and Hwan but the story stays very centered on the action parts. At the end of the first season you can see them acting lovey-dovey and going on a date. Then you see Kim Min-Hyuk’s friend and whatever that girls name is watching them from afar before the season comes to a close (with a cliffhanger, of course!)
