For me I loved his old design, I think characters that look intimidating are so cool.Also I fell like the relationship lost a bit of that juxtaposition/impact now that he looks younger and a lot softer
I get you, but I actually really love how they softened up his character because it shows you how he's developed as a person. He went from being someone who didn't care to someone who's slowly breaking down the walls he and his childhood built for him and I'm genuinely all for it┗( T﹏T )┛
the overall art is better and brighter I feel -- Chloe is becoming more beautiful by each passing chapter
Has anybody noticed how the art for Alphonse has changed? He doesn't look huge and serious anymore but rather he looks soft and sweet? His character and art development is one of my favorites for sure ╥﹏╥
