No, it wasn't. Weren"t you reading the story? It wasn't because he wanted to touch the uke it was because he wanted to help someone with mysophobia. He just fell in love with the uke in the process. This guy offers therapy on the side but is really just using it as an excuse to hit on the uke and push him to do things wayyyy beyond what would be seen as acceptable in the name of treatment and like, coercing the uke to be dependent on him. This is like, some Hannibal-Will Graham level shit
