oh, I never really thought about it in that way, I assumed it was SH saying all of it to himself. I hope someone can enlighten us on whose bubble it is so we can all form our opinions properly.
I think Seungho is afraid he's realized he's catched feelings so now he's shutting it down and just decided he's gonna stick to sex instead of asking Nakyum about his feelings.
I do suspect though, that if the teacher comes back and decides to play nice to Nakyum to manipulate him, Nakyum would fall for it and completely abandon/betray Seungho.
