No one dies, but Yul does get hospitalized. Its Sian x Yujin endgame. I cant read Korean i just looked at the pictures lol.
I guess the ending gonna be Yul go on a killing spree, says sthg like: If I can't have U, NO ONE CAN and Yujin tries to fight back and both end up dead. Sian is left alone, crying her heart out by Yujin's bloody dead body, declaring her undying love for him....
