Beta males can't reproduce.
Thats why dojin felt bad for his alpha lover. You can see that the lover(forgot his name) likes babies and would probably like to have his own kid, but Dojin cant do that cuz he's a beta.

So basically
all Omegas can get pregnat (male/female),
all Alphas can impregnate someone (like all of them have dicks) and:
Female betas are like normal women - can get pregnat
Male Betas are like normal man - can impregnate someone
I don’t believe so. Betas are supposed to be like real life humans, so no heats, not being able to normally sense pheromones, etc. so I’m pretty sure they are not able to reproduce but it really depends on which story you are reading because some people change it.
I am not particularly new the the Alpha-Omega storyline... But I have a question.
So we all know that male Omegas are able to reproduce, are male Betas able to do the same? I did not care about Betas before.... but considering that a Beta in this Yaoi kinda has a big role with the story, it is something that I am curious about, is anyone able to answer this for me?
