A new chapter of Given is released in Japan once every two months. They can't pull new chapters out of thin air if it doesn't exist. They spend their money to buy the magazines, spend a lot of time and effort cleaning, translating, proofing, and editing the manga all to hear ungrateful brats like you complain?? Do you think scanlation is a piece of cake? A joke? Thank them for doing this!!
