I am completely against drunk/drug sex but we don’t know how long time has passed in this case? The trainer probably thought the uke had sobered up when he woke up when he said “Are you awake now?” The uke jumped at the trainer first which the trainer stopped him. And then uke told him everything that had happened that night so he remembered everything.
A roofie lasts 3-6 hours... yeah the bottom pounced on him first but he was very obviously mentally unstable, even when he was rambling he was very obviously hurting inside. Someone who is roofied or drunk (even a little bit) can’t really remember everything and recall the entire night and what other people said, etc. They can’t speak in a clear way.
I agree more so about the emotional distress. He shouldn’t have done it. But I don’t think he was trying to take advantage of the uke in this case.
