She was sick a while ago maybe she thinks that's because of her sickness that she hasn't had a cycle for the past few weeks
That's true hopefully we get to know in the later chapters
Imagine if she is pregnant but just doesn't know it, like some cases there aren't any signs that you've got a baby. Like before she fainted from overwork, maybe that was be sure she was pregnant lmao. Just a theory
