Hi guys I read this manga years ago, I think it was either shoujo or josei with a mature theme. The main boy overhears the main girl's confession in the church. The confession is something along the lines of her being raped by her step father and giving birth to a baby boy.The boy feels incredible pity for her, but later on, he falls for her because the girl is so pure and gentle
