He pretty much already apologized for it and cleaned naruse up. He had time to reflect on it and so did naruse which in their eyes probably just was a mistake that asumi made in the heat of the moment. Does that mean what he did isn't wrong? No. But they've already moved passed it as people and don't require some long talk about it.
