Poorly trained yes, but I don't think abused 'cause some dogs just instictively chase small animals because they think it as prey
Or they are simply hunting dogs and they saw the prey and attacked. I had to sit a dog wich tought of our smaller dog that it was a prey and attacked it when I took them for a walk. It was not an agressive dog on a daily basis but when it saw something smaller it just wanted to cach it no matter what. And if you stand between them then you will be bitten as well. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ thankfully our dog escaped out of the other ones reach of leash, and nothing happend, but I almost got a heart attack.

I dont wanna be that one but poor dogs, obv been poorley trained or evena bused to be that aggressive (TOT)
