I agree. In just a couple months Endeavor managed to train not only his son but also Deku and Bakugou.
I chalk it up to him having been a father of 4 kids. After his wife was sent to the hospital I’m sure he had his hands full dealing with his children even if he had a nanny.
Plus he’s been training his sons for years so he knows what the youth need to develope their fire power.
Still hate him as a father and husband but he is a good mentor. That’s the only thing I’ll give him.

And I also agree that All might probably didn't get a good chance to fully develope his teaching methods. From what we saw he mainly trained by fighting over and over. Plus Gran Torino doesn’t strike me as the type of guy that will take someone by the hand and explain everything to them. He’s a very “reflect and figure it out yourself” type of guy.
Must be why All Might isn’t very good at it. But everyone has their flaws. I think it’s nice.
he's actually a better teacher/mentor than all might, at least, technically. he can provide knowledge that's not limited to only trying to imagine an image or not letting the 'egg explode in the microwave' or sumthn (refer to ch248). tho all might's lack of experience in teaching might have sumthn to do with nana shimura dying earlier than expected and getting left to gran torino's devices instead.
