Is it certain that he sexually harassed him? I always felt like the big guy and maybe Hwi’s old fling hooked up. I would love to learn more about his backstory.
I'm not sure. I only kind of vaguely remember but I got the impression the boss was trying to force himself on him but I'm probably wrong. We don't actually know much about Hwi's backstory so maybe it'll come up in season 2 I hope.
The ex-boss probably just used / blackmail Hwi. You know, the usual scenario.
