Personally, as a gay guy, I find this very great and refreshing considering its a "Yaoi." Of course, to the typical fujoshi, the lack of mlm fetishization would make them consider this boring, bland, and basic. I'm honestly hoping that they don't end up together, the story of their friendship is very cute.
