I think he does love He Tian but he's a very prideful guy playing hard to get XD
It's supposed to be comedy and I admit I did laugh. But it's also true that mo doesn't like him like that. At least not at this stage. You can say that this is sexual harassment but I'm also sure the creator didn't mean it like that. It's also a poor argument but in bl universe this is considered to be not in the realm of sexual harassment. The creator isn't heading down the route - after reading 100s of chapters we should know that. Also, he tian had been more overbearing/ harassed him in earlier chapters - it's not new. Also, I'm not saying what he tian does is right but given his character, upbringing and fam background his actions are not surprising.
I love the couple but... does Mo Guan Shan actually even like He tian? It just seems like harassment rather than flirting lol
