마지막 화 means the Last episode.
完 Is kanji. in Japanese it is meaning perfect; completion; end
I bet it means that in Chinese or something similar because kanji originated from Chinese. The Japanese uses Kanji and have changed meanings or added many meanings. I don’t know Chinese. But I do have a good idea on the Kanji most of the time since I know Japanese. Koreans do use kanji but differently from Chinese and Japanese.
