i think you're confusing the name but wakayuki IS always the bodyguard. The yakuza boss (the older man with tattoo you're referring) is akiyama.

so the guy who miharu called wakayuki in chapter 3 is not teally wakayuki but his bodyguard in chapter 5??? so i bet wakayuki is dead huh hmmmm what a shame（/TДT)/ wakayuki is hot tho with tattoo on his back gahhhh
