I think that it's part of a collection of oneshots.
It's about a college student (uke) who went out on a drinking party with his friends. Then he went into a bar by himself, the bartender there (seme) serves him a cocktail. The uke loves the cocktail so much that he spent all of his allowance on it, he becomes kinda like a regular at the bar. His classmates invite the uke to a mixer, the uke orders a cocktail instead of beer, the uke didn't like the cocktail there and went to the bar where the seme works. The uke said that he didn't have any money, then the seme said that the uke can have as many cocktails as he wanted in in exchange for the uke's body or heart or something. Please and thank you.
