(this is probably not 100% right but) you guys remember how the doctor said that gyeong joon has a very strong soul right? they put things into action and uses GJ's soul to remove the weapon. GJ's soul goes into a different realm of some sort, where cain should be and well... WELL lets just say a couple chapters ahead is SPICY, but all in all Cain is saved, he can maintain his demon form, and the weapon gets removed
