I was thinking the same but at the same time this is in Korea where senior-junior hierarchy is so damn strict that getting bullied and harrassed is most probably typical.

In your perspective it is easy to get away on that situation. But in korea saying NO to seniors means a big disrespect. It will be harder for you to search for work or good environment since you will be labeled as someone who doesnt give respects.
