Probably a panic mode where she doesn't feel comfortable and freezes. Where as with naruse she is comfortable enough to say no and knows he will respect her decision. Or at least that's what I think

If you feel uncomfortable around someone so much that you freeze up and panic that in itself should be a flag. Plus naruse going off memory never pushed the boundaries were she felt that uncomfortable
That's true, Naruse wasn't such a sleaze like he is. Although I'm sure he groped her a couple times I was already really annoyed he managed to steal a kiss from her quite a few chapters back, she even remembered it in this chapter so she should have had alarms ringing. I dont like this type of storyline, I feel it's pointless, it's not like shes on the fence about him, he wants her and he cant have her, it just feels like its dragging abit...

But shizuka needs to seriously move on and stop being a creep. Kinda funny his siblings aren't afraid of girls and seems to like their popularity(￣∇￣")
Hakamada is being really annoying. Like that's not even his character. And why isnt she just pushing him away like she does with Naruse :(
