He is the second richest in S. City, which is where the plot takes place, but He Tong is a multi-national corporate owner and has tonnes of money that no one can really touch him. If ML wanted to keep his wife and son safe, he'd have to lock them in an underground buncker and never let them out. O.o thats the impression I got from rereading. But also, I agree, why didn't he hire someone to at least take care of them??? xD
