Just to give news : so I sent my id blocking out everything except my name and birth date, and waited for a week but they didn't reply anything. So yesterday I canceled my adult verification and sent a new request again, but this time I sent my id without hiding anything. And today I can finally read adult manga on Bomtoon! :D They accepted it!
