Well Seungho is obviously a worst person than Jiwha in general.

But Jiwha sent a killer to Nakyum, so he has done worst towards Nakyum.

Also, it's hard to tell if Jiwha nervous about being guilty of murder or if he is scared of what Seungho might do if he finds out it was Jiwha.
