No I feel like you still should always act children multiple questions around the main question to check if they are lying or not. it's a simple fact kids hate getting in trouble. Though in a lot of manga and manhwa, kids don't act like kids anyway, and in asian culture it's common to treat kids who act like kids "like kids" and treat kids who act like adults "like adults" in the "Oh, you're so grown why don't you do it" Sense. So I can kind of understand it since the kid literally comes off like a 19 year old man who's already jaded by society and his rose tinted shades broke when he was bullied at 12. Lol
