If I remember correctly, during the past chapters he was just upset Kami didn't interact with them so now he's being a tsundere even with kami's attention

I feel like the coworker has feelings for kami too
The way he keep irritated whenever kami mentions waki and the way he looks at him in the last chapt as well ( or just friend feels concerned for his relationship )
