This is the CONTINUATION of Princess's Happily Ever After Marriage, NOT a remake. If you go to the original chinese site for Princess's Happily Ever After Marriage you can see that this is listed as Season 2.

The MC here IS the same girl that the Prince fell in love with, she just lost her memories.

Why do she have a different past life memory and how come the pets and spirits she had are no longer with her and why Dad is she say her body was weak I’m hella confused there was no point to making her lose her memories plus how did she lose her memories (￣∇￣")

Not sure what you mean by different past life memory? Even in Princess Happily she was a special agent/assassin from the 21st century who transmigrated.

In the last chapter of Princess Happily the system explains that as a result of the fight with the Poison Ancestor her soul was burning up and basically would be "reset" to a year ago (which was how long she'd been in the cultivation world after transmigration). So basically her spirit had taken such heavy damage from the battle with the poison ancestor that she lost all her memory and cultivation. The system explains it in the last chapter of Princess Happily before going into hiberation because it was also damaged.

As for her pets etc, every living thing was sealed away with the rest of that country because all life in that kingdom was corrupted by the Poison Ancestor. The only living thing that escaped was the MC because the ML saved her and sent her out of the barrier before sealing it.
