Ok, so I hope that's it's just a friend or a family member in need of help, but I've got a feeling that it's not gonna be that simple... the weird part it's that her belly is pretty big and usually in these mangas they don't say anything at all or they come to tell them right at the beginning "to claim their rights" over the guy ... so that's weird but it's all possible
