Yeah but, if an integral member of the team is quitting, the rest of the team should know! Especially the managers!
Also, because Akki said he was just on a break, the rest of the team was hopeful that he would come back in time for the competition. When you are part of a team that relies on you, you can't just keep them in the dark that you're quitting! It's a form of ghosting.
Shes more worried about winning games, than his feelings. If he doesn't want to play then leave it at that.
