Well maybe because he never showed her his power, he trained her only by oral coaching, and theories in the sword technique she should be using ! So for her he is just a normal office worker with lots of knowledge.
She's still annoying though. She charged right in instead of thinking about her situation.
The ml literally trained the red head, why does she feel the need to 'protect' him? I guess some people could find her charming??? I find her outright annoying tbf.
