It's a flashback to the time after Given's final performance at CAC. Akihiko is apartment hunting and the black haired dude is a real estate agent. Remember how in chapter 28 Haruki said Akihiko moved out? And in chapter 35, Mafuyu is seen visiting Akihiko at this new place. In chapter 36, we're seeing how Akihiko found this place.

Guys i cant understand the chapter, who the fuck is the guy with Akihito in the apartment? I remenber the last chapter to be mafuyu going to Akihitos house, please someone explain me
