my understanding is that south east and east asian healthcare is not super comparable to western healthcare. if you feel tired you can go to the hospital and order an IV of saline for an electrolyte boost, if you have a fever you might get a blood test to sus out all potential causes etc etc i think its p standard, not a major plot point
